The evolution of the Ritchey handlebars continues with the WCS ErgoMax

This new handlebar looks back on a rich history of handlebar design and development and combines this with the modern demands of demanding riders who like to ride on different surfaces.

The ErgoMax was developed to improve control and comfort when driving on loose surfaces. It's ideal for a gravel bike as it puts your hands in a wider, more stable position while they're in the drops. The ErgoMax is also perfect for racing bikes that are designed for endurance, as its ergonomics offer incomparable comfort.

The handlebar attachments are increased by 10 mm in the clamping area, which enables a slightly more upright riding position. They are ovalized with a slight 4 degree curve backwards to more evenly distribute the weight of the rider's hands and wrists and bring them into a more natural position.

In terms of ergonomics, the ErgoMax also has a 12-degree angle that keeps the driver's hands in a comfortable and safe position and at the same time provides more stability when cornering or sprinting.

The new Ritchey ErgoMax handlebar offers more control, more comfort and more self-confidence when riding on gravel, embarking on multi-day adventures or covering long asphalt kilometers.
