NC-17 Sudpin IV S-Pro

Another innovative safety and quality aspect from NC-17, because safety comes first! The new NC-17 Sudpin IV S-Pro Flat Pedal is the next evolution of the classic and best-selling Sudpin III S-Pro. In addition to doubling the load ratings, NC-17 is introducing the new "FAIL SAFE" system with this pedal for the first time. The demands on the material have increased significantly, not least due to the increasingly tough conditions in MTB competitions, such as the "RedBull Rampage", in which the NC-17 team riders take part every year. The "NC-17 FAIL SAFE" prevents the pedal body from separating from the axle in the event of a malfunction, even under the most extreme stress. While the "FAIL SAFE" is unlikely to happen, it's good to know it's there.

By redesigning the pedal body, NC-17 was able to compensate for the installation and additional weight of the "FAIL SAFE" system. Thus, the Sudpin IV, like its predecessor Sudpin III, remains one of the lightest in this pedal category with only 364g.
