Aerospace aerogels are highly porous, very low-density structures that consist of over 95 percent air. The advantage of gloves: a top ratio of volume to weight to thermal performance. On the backhand, windproof Gore-Tex Infinium™ Windstopper® Soft Shell Elastic forms a reliable barrier against icy wind. And so that the warmth stays in the glove and the Villach 2 fits perfectly, Roeckl has given it a long knitted cuff and a stretchy strap on the wrist. Elastic, breathable Roeck-Grip® synthetic suede on the palm ensures a non-slip, highly tactile and at the same time comfortable grip on the handlebars.
