SRAM X-Sync chainring for direct mounting

The SRAM Narrow Wide Chainring in the DirectMount version is available in two different versions. Please note the description of the different offsets, because it is necessary to choose the correct offset for the correct chain line.

Specifications SRAM Direct Mount Chainring

• Compatible crank types: SRAM cranks with interchangeable spider from groups XX1, X01, X1, X0, X9 and OEM numbered cranks
• Offset 0mm: BB30 Short Spindle (9.11mm spacer right)
• Offset 6mm: GXP and BB30 Long Spindle (15.46mm spacer right)

Distinction GXP, BB30 Short and Long Spindle

GXP or BB30?

The GXP cranks with 22-24mm shaft diameter integrate the shaft in the right crank arm, there you can look into the shaft. In the case of the BB30 cranks, the shaft is bolted on both sides, the (de) mounting disengages the right arm, the shaft remains connected to the left arm.

BB30 Short Spindle

Regularly delivered with the shorter shaft are the cranks with 3-speed LK 104/64 44-33-22 and 2-speed LK 120/80 42-28 and 39-26 and the 1-speed cranks. Especially with OEM cranks with number designation it could differ. Exactly one recognizes it only at the spacer, which is set right on the wave: This is with BB30 short Spindle 9,11mm wide. Then you need the chainring with 0mm offset.

BB30 Long Spindle

Regularly supplied with the longer shaft are the cranks with 2-speed LK 104/64 38-24, 36-22 and 34-22 graduations. Especially with OEM cranks but it could differ. Exactly one recognizes it only at the spacer, which is put on the right on the wave: This is with BB30 Long Spindle 15.46mm wide. Then you need the chainring with 6mm offset (inward crank).
