The Tubus Airy Titan rear wheel rack

The titan among the carriers. It couldn't be easier. World record holder. With the AIRY, Tubus presented the world's first luggage rack made of TITAN. With a load capacity of 30kg and a dead weight of 230g, the Airy carries significantly more than 100 times its own weight. Titanium is an extremely difficult material to process, which can only be cut and shaped with particularly hard tools and can only be welded in a space filled with inert gas. Titan is extremely weather-resistant and high-strength, which makes the AIRY an almost indestructible luggage rack. Due to its puristic, slim shape, front pockets are the best fit for the AIRY.

* The Airy is supplied with two fastening struts for the seat strut fastening as standard, but can also be fastened in the middle with only one of these struts (e.g. on the brake bridge).

* The Airy is only suitable for the Ortlieb back-roller bag model from 2007. With earlier models, the hooks cannot be pushed together close enough to be hooked in! (Use the carry for this bag!) However, the front roller bag fits.

* The Airy / Carry is not suitable for attaching adapters to the carrier wing, which are clamped onto the carrier tubes. (e.g. Ortlieb luggage rack adapter, etc.) You risk denting them or breaking them later.
