The additional apex sidewall stabilization protects the tire from punctures, even with low tire pressure. To optimize weight, there is also the option of running the tire together with Conti RevoSealant "Tubeless Ready". With a non-slip BlackChili compound tread, this is the ideal pairing for riding uphill efficiently and downhill without punctures.
