The Crux is the lightest gravel bike Specialized has ever developed. The Crux frameset has exceptionally large tire clearance and extremely sporty gravel geometry. Not only is it the ultimate expression of gravel performance, but also your ticket to the world of professional gravel sport.

EXTRA LIGHT: The S-Works frame made of FACT 12r carbon weighs just 725 g, the normal frame made of FACT 10r carbon weighs 825 g. Specialized achieved this by transferring the revolutionary insights from the development of the world's lightest road bike frame, the Aethos, to the Crux. The result? A gravel bike that climbs like a dream, flies over rough terrain and weighs less than the filled water bottle in your bottle cage
VERSATILE: The Crux has 2.1 inches or 53 mm tire clearance with 47C or 650B wheel sizes. More tire clearance means more options. Just like Specialized 's Diverge, the Crux takes you anywhere, at full throttle
Direct handling: The Crux is light-footed, playful and direct. Its iconic history in cyclocross has influenced the performance-focused gravel geometry and riding position optimized for competition
