The S-Works Vent EVO combines the proven S-Works Vent upper with Specialized 's mountain bike race-proven S-Works Recon outsole to create a one-of-a-kind shoe that's perfect for long, hot days in the saddle.

Specialized Body Geometry Trio of Longitudinal Arch, Metatarsal Button and Varus Wedge work together to increase efficiency, optimize hip, knee and foot alignment and reduce the risk of injury
The ventilated toe box provides ample fresh airflow, while the all-new engineered mesh upper and tongue allow that air to circulate freely throughout the shoe. This has a positive effect on both cooling and sweat evaporation. In addition to the engineered mesh in the upper, they've added a layer of Dyneema® mesh to give your foot proven power transfer
Its stiffest and at the same time lightest XC FACT™ sole maximizes power transmission: stiffness index 13.0
Specialized PadLock™ heel construction encloses the heel and thus ensures optimal power transmission. It's even been scientifically proven to improve acceleration
Combine that with two individually adjustable BOA® S3-Snap dials, backed by the BOA® Guarantee, and you can fine-tune the fit in your shoes on the fly.
